Charles Romaker (Lead Attorney)
Using unique strategies and theories, Charles has successfully litigated personal injury matters with verdicts and settlements up to $1 to almost $4 million. In addition Mr. Romaker has obtained workers’ compensation settlements up $400, 00 and $500,000 and over 100 cases with settlements higher than $200,000.
Before starting his career as a lawyer, Charles Romaker studied abroad in Madrid (Spain) and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Linguistics and ESL, and taught high school for eight years before attending The John Marshall Law School. At JMLS, Mr. Romaker was a published member of the JMLS Law Review. He also participated in the International Law Moot Court and Insurance Law Moot Court programs. For recreation, Charles has completed numerous triathlons as well as 5k and 10k races.
