Fatal Motorcycle Accidents in Chicago

Motorcycle collisions cause tens of thousands of injuries and a considerable number of fatalities nationwide. An estimated 70,000 to 80,000 people are injured annually in motorcycle accidents across the nation. Furthermore, motorcycle collisions claim the lives of approximately 4,000 to 5,000 individuals annually.

Additional liability may extend to multiple parties for the accident-related damages that you incurred. In most cases, negligent motorists are to blame. However, with a detailed investigation, additional relevant entities will be identified as the cause of your injury. A proficient Chicago motorcycle accident attorney should challenge the insurance company to secure maximum compensation for your injury claim, regardless of the cause of the collision. You must demonstrate that the opposing party was negligent and liable. The contentious notion of negligence concerns an individual’s lack of reasonable care. As a result of these failings, another individual is injured.
