Kirk Moyer

WC and PI Trial Attorney

K Kirk Moyer focuses his practice on worker’s compensation and personal injury matters.

He has dedicated his career to representing injury and accident victims in both personal injury matters and worker’s compensation cases. He has successfully tried more than fifty cases to verdict before judges and juries. As a solo practitioner the past ten years before joining The Romaker Law Firm, he has increasingly represented injured workers throughout Illinois.

Kirk A. Moyer’s practice is in both litigation before the Circuit Court and representing injured workers before the Commission. Before joining the The Romaker Law Firm, Kirk spent the last ten years as a solo practitioner representing those injured at work, in car accidents, trip and falls, and dog attacks. As a result of his experience as a solo practitioner, he understands the importance of viewing each claim as a person, an individual who was wrongly injured and had their life thrown into disarray, not “just another case.” It is this viewpoint that makes him a passionate advocate on behalf of his clients.

Kirk Moyer began practicing as an attorney in 1994 and has a wide variety of experience that includes workers’ compensation, asbestos litigation, car accidents, uninsured motorist claims, premises liability, wrongful death, and dog attacks. He has always represented the injured party. He has successfully litigated hundreds of matters at the Circuit Court level as well as at the Commission. During the course of his career he has obtained millions on behalf of his clients including a jury verdict in excess of 1.3 million dollars.
