Summary:

Kirk A. Moyer’s practice is in both litigation before the Circuit Court and representing injured workers before the Commission. Before joining the The Romaker Law Firm, Kirk spent the last ten years as a solo practitioner representing those injured at work, in car accidents, trip and falls, and dog attacks. As a result of his experience as a solo practitioner, he understands the importance of viewing each claim as a person, an individual who was wrongly injured and had their life thrown into disarray, not “just another case.” It is this viewpoint that makes him a passionate advocate on behalf of his clients.
